ShiftFlow · Internal · Amplifier Kit

Three years in.
Deep change.

The new shiftflow.ca goes live Tuesday morning, three years on from the first essay. Everything you need to amplify the launch is on this page.

Launch · Tue 19 May · 8 AM ET Window · First 60 minutes Format · Repost or original
01 · Why this matters

Your repost reaches the rooms that matter.

The audience that matters most for ShiftFlow right now is the Architect: Deputy Ministers, ADMs, C-suite, VPs of Transformation. They are out of reach to direct outreach. They reach ShiftFlow through senior practitioners they already trust.

That's you. One repost from your account is worth more than three hours of direct outbound. The kit below is built around that math.

02 · When to post

Two windows. Either works.

7:30–9:00 AM ET
Window 1. Nick posts on LinkedIn in this window Tuesday. A repost or quote-share in the first 60 minutes is the strongest amplifier move. The algorithm is deciding whether to push it in that hour.
Anytime Thu
Window 2. An original post anytime Tuesday with the carousel attached. Reaches your audience differently and contributes to the same launch wave.

Hey [first name], Quick note. Nick Scott at ShiftFlow just launched a new site, three years to the day from when he started writing publicly. It's the most coherent thing I've seen on the question of what transformation actually requires in the AI era. Posting in case it's useful: shiftflow.ca No agenda. Thought of you when I saw it.
05 · Suggested posts

Three variants. Pick what fits your voice.

Adapt freely. Your voice on top of these will always land better than someone else's voice on top of these.

A · Short co-sign ~30 words
Worth your attention. ShiftFlow just launched its new site, three years on from the first essay. The library is now in one place. Deep change. The stance is sharper than it has ever been. shiftflow.ca
B · Endorsement ~100 words
Three years of writing from Nick Scott has been one of the most consistent sources I've returned to on questions of transformation, public-sector reform, and what AI actually demands of organizations. Today he launched the new shiftflow.ca. 28 essays, three case studies, three honest assessments you can take in twelve minutes. All in one place for the first time. One line from the new site that has stayed with me: AI did not change what transformation requires. It made the gap obvious. If you work on real change, this is worth your time. shiftflow.ca
C · Application post ~150 words
ShiftFlow just launched the new shiftflow.ca, three years on from the first essay. The frame I keep coming back to from this writing is the "receiving system." The idea that capability scales not with the strategy you write but with the system that holds it once it lands. Pilots, tools, training, AI investments. None of them scale without the receiving system underneath. I work in [your sector]. Every transformation I've seen succeed or fail comes back to this. The teams that thrive are the ones whose receiving system was already strong, or whose leaders did the unglamorous work of building one alongside the headline initiative. The new site puts the case studies, essays, and tools in one place. shiftflow.ca
06 · Short ready-to-post variants

Seven anchored posts. Each ready to publish.

Pick one, click Copy, paste into LinkedIn. The line, a short transition, the link, and two hashtags — built in. Tweak in your voice if you like; your phrasing on top of these always lands better than anyone else's.

1 · Sharper line ~25 words
"AI did not change what transformation requires. It made the gap obvious." Three years of writing, now in one place. shiftflow.ca opens today. #SystemsChange #PublicSectorTransformation
2 · Receiving system ~30 words
"Unseen, and decisive." On the receiving system — what every transformation effort actually scales with. The new ShiftFlow library at shiftflow.ca. #PublicSectorTransformation #SystemsChange
3 · Capability scales ~25 words
"Capability scales with the receiving system that holds it." The line I keep returning to from this body of work. The new shiftflow.ca opens today. #SystemsChange #DigitalTransformation
4 · Pilots don't scale ~35 words
"Pilots do not scale. The system built around them does." For anyone who has run a transformation pilot, watched it land well, and watched it never travel. ShiftFlow's library opens today: shiftflow.ca #PublicSectorTransformation #SystemsChange
5 · Closing invitation ~25 words
"The new site is for the people closing the gap." Three years of writing, now in one library: shiftflow.ca #SystemsChange #PublicSectorTransformation
6 · Above and below ~35 words
"Most change is built above the line. Most outcomes are decided below it." The waterline framing from the new shiftflow.ca. Worth reading if you have sat with a transformation that landed well but never travelled. #SystemsChange #PublicSectorTransformation
7 · Five Principles essay ~25 words
"AI did not change what transformation requires. It made the gap obvious." The full argument in one essay: shiftflow.ca/praxis/five-principles #AIinGovernment #SystemsChange
One hashtag to avoid: #AItransformation. ShiftFlow's positioning explicitly rejects that category. Using it puts the post in front of the wrong audience.
07 · What success looks like

The campaign target

5+ senior-practitioner reposts outside the immediate ShiftFlow network in the first month. 3+ cross-sector amplifier shares across healthcare, education, philanthropy, and private sector in the first 60 days.

If you're reading this, you're one of the people who can move those numbers materially. Thank you in advance.
